ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
I'm very pleased with this jacket. It's true to size, nicely tailored, and has thoughtful details like inner cuffs to help with wind-proofing. Most important - it's really comfortable. I've worn it now in temps from the low 30's to near 60, in light rain, in serious wind, and it's been great. I tried out a few other jackets from other sources, and this one beats them all.

First of all, this is a really nicely made jacket. Pockets and other details are solid and in the right places, the material is what I was hoping for (soft on the inside, nice linings where necessary, and a smooth-faced outer surface that doesn't pick up lint, pill off, or snag easily).
Unfortunately the fit is rather boxy, as opposed to a trim, snug fit which would work better for a fleece product that is as delightfully stretchy and comfortable as this is.
While the armpits are cut high enough to provide good movement, the boxy sides get bulky and the lack of a form fitting cut makes for a lot of cold air that easily blows up the bottom hem. The drawstring works, but "pooches" out the stomach area.
I should note that while I am taller and slimmer than average, this jacket appears to have been cut for someone a little heftier than average. If that's you, it'll probably fit perfectly and flatter your figure. For the average to slimmer-than-average among us, though, a slimmer, form fitting cut would flatter this jacket both functionally and aesthetically.
As it is, its a great value on a well-made but rather loose-fitting fleece jacket.
My husband bought this to wear as a curling jacket (Canadian winter sport). Looks great, true fit, bit of give to fabric for delivering curling rocks. A winner!!
