Great that it is offered in Medium Tall, because, most times, Large Tall is the smallest Tall size. 6'2", 175 lb. makes it Tall, no question, but most Large Tall are too big in the torso. This Medium Tall has great athletic/slim/trim fit with the torso being long enough, but I could stand another inch in the sleeve length, but I will deal with it. The fabric is wonderful! Have been using it mountain biking, so far down to 30 degrees F. It beads water very well. I love the internal stretch fleece cuff and the fleece is so soft and nice inside.
Fit is initially snug but soon adjusts to your body exceptionally well. Slight stretch in fabric allows freedom of movement without restriction. Jacket performed well hiking Oregon coast in drizzle/sleet and 30 knot wind gusts while breathing to maintain uniform body temperature. Layers well with GoreTex shell for rain and snowy conditions.
i was shopping for to replace my old three season jacket. this soft shell was great. it fit snugly but not too tight. the only thing i didn't like was the mesh pockets. my hands were too cold in them.
