It was 6 degrees this morning in Northern IL when I came into work and I came in wearing my cuddlduds, scrubs and this jacket along with gloves and a hat and I was plenty warm on my drive and walking from my car into work. I LOVE THIS JACKET! While everyone else is bundled up head to toe in their thick oversized marshmallow winter coats, I am comfortable and stylish. This jacket really stretches with your movements so it's very comfortable to wear. I actually comfortably wore this while skiing in Beaver Creek Colorado last March. It's just the best all occassion jacket. Great to layer with to keep you nice and warm, but also cool enough to keep you comfortable on a balmier 60 degree fall or spring day. I don't go anywhere without it. I've had mine for a little over a year and it still looks brand new. I have the black one and it's not faded or dingy. If you're thinking about buying this jacket, you won't regret it. I'm a frugal person and this was worth every cent. Thank you llbean!!
I own 2 of these jackets. These were the best purchases I ever made. I have had these 2 jackets for 15 years and they still look as good as when I first took them out of the package. These jackets wash up beautifully and take minimal amount of time in the drier. Only the highest quality product would wash & dry in a snap.
Nice jacket but ordered medium, need small (size 4/6). Ordered Beechnut/Cedar but color not as bright as shown, more flat pea green. Not available in small so returning. Other colors available in small but they are more expensive so don't want to pay more. Green was good bargain, even though bad color.
I really liked the styling and the material of this jacket is great. The fit was true to size for me. I am average height 5'6" and weight and normally wear medium. I ordered the medium and the fit was good and the sleeve length was great. The jacket is fitted so if you need extra room you might want to consider ordering a size up. My only complaint is that this is NOT a very warm jacket. I was outside at night and it was 47 degrees and I was a bit chilly. It did block the wind but I am returning for a warmer jacket. I really wish it were warmer for the price, as I really like the fit, style and material of this jacket.
