Nice jacket, but...black color looks more darkest grey, and I think I'd rather have one with a hood. Fit is good, but I'd rather have a hood, too. So, it's going back, because I'd rather have one with a hood. Can you make one with a hood?
I do a lot of cross-country skiing and hiking, and for years, I've envied the soft-shell jackets all of my athletic friends (who don't have short arms) wear. Finally, I have one, too, thanks to the petite sizes. I love this jacket -- it fits perfectly, and I wear it everywhere. Now I want one in the periwinkle color shown in the samples -- cough it up, L.L. Bean!
I just bought one of these jackets for myself for the spring/fall seasons. It is comfortable, breathable and water resistant. I wear it with everything, jeans, sweats, over sweaters and t-shirts. My husband liked it so much I just ordered him the men's version.
I am very pleased with my Pathfinder jacket. Good quality. Nice fit with a slightly feminine cut. Haven't tried out the slot for my I-pod but I plan to. I would buy it again!!
