ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
I purchased a solid in this coat a couple of years ago. My son wore it 2 years in a row. We bought another big name brand last winter and it didn't keep him warm and he asked to wear this coat which luckily still fit him. He is 6 and asked that I get the same winter coat this year. We are going with the plaid. He says it is comfy and he is always complaing that coats bunch up or he can't move in them well when playing outside, but not this one. We live in New England and he never complained about being cold unless he was out in the snow for an hour or more. Oh, and this coat washes/drys well and after two years of wear it is still in excellent condition. We took the hood off the first year because he doesn't use it.
I am so disappointed in the quality of this jacket. As the bus is coming on a morning that is -4, the zipper falls off my 10 year old sons jacket. The jacket is just weeks old with little wear. We had to double up with a fall jacket and hoodie and send him off to school. Not what I expected when buying a quality brand.
My 4 year old loves this coat. We are going on our second winter with it and it is very durable. No defects or problems, washes well, and keeps him very warm. I plan on buying this coat this year for my younger daughter.

I bought this coat for my 3 year old and my 7 year old. We live in Colorado, and we bike commute year round. This coat is warm, comfortable, durable, and machine washable. Did I mention they are boys? This coat stood up to lots of abuse all winter long. Not waterproof mind you, but not advertised as such. This coat ranks up there as one of the favorites.
