This coat just arrived and my 4 y.o. son would not take it off! So I'm back to get one for my 3 y.o. daughter (only wish they offered it in a light pink, lavender or purple for the girls : (
This is the perfect cold weather coat for a preschooler (or any kid for that matter)!
It has an attached hood and zipper (no front flaps or velcro to deal with) so it's a breeze to get on and off.
The interior body of the coat and hood are lined with fleece so it's super comfy and warm. The hood is as big as it can be (completely covers ears and neck) without obstructing view and is just perfect for cold, windy and/or snowy days.
My kids have a lot of coats. I just love the design of this one for it's warmth and convenience (attached hood and easy to use zipper).
I know this is going to be the only coat my husband ever puts on the kids b/c it's easy and warm : ) It will most likely be the first one I reach for as well, especially when I'm pressed for time (always) and not in the mood for dealing with buttons, flaps and loose hats : )
