Perfectly constructed and soft as a marshmallow. One of the best LL Bean items I've purchased in years. I've only washed it once, but Bean stands behind their products. Good purchase and much loved on a warm Christmas day.
My kids love these fleece. I order them 1 size larger so they can be layered (if need be). The quality is amazing. The hood is great too for windy days. When I saw these on 2 a day I purchased 2 more in different colors and chose to get each monogrammed. They look so cute with a monogram. Never even thought about doing it before. Now they can get mixed up at school.
I bought this for myself in navy, though I disagree that the color is 'bright,' it's almost dull. It definitely gets five stars though, it is an excellent jacket. Warm, cozy, looks nice, fits great, washes well. I like these thicker soft fleeces better than the thin, hard varieties offered for a lot more money in the women's section. I'm 5'4" and about 125lbs and the XL fits a bit big and cozy, and sometimes I roll the sleeves up a bit, but overall it is perfect and I wish there were another color or two I wanted! It is a really great jacket!
