The boys rangeley chinos are great for active boys who love running, jumping and falling. The adjustable waist makes them fit comfortably and they wash easily and ready to put right back on.
I have bought these pants in the past because of their high quality. However, this year. The fabric is thin compared to the thick cotton fabric used in the past. With the thinner fabric the knees wear out in no time. Also just the general quality of the item is less than what it has been in the past. They are not worth the extra money you pay for LL Bean quality because the quality is not there. Last years pants were in such good shape that my son was able to wear them the beginning of the school year til he out grew them. When i look at the two pants side by side the difference really stand out.
Bought these for my son to use for his school uniform pants. Quality is great and they seem well made and durable. Most importantly is the fit. My is not overweight, but has a problem fitting pants through the hips and thighs. Huskies are always huge, but these seemed roomy enough and had an elastic adjustment which is great for growing kids. I think we will be buying more of these for him and his little brother as they need them.
