NOT FOR ME. I still have a waistline and I need a more traditional fit. I LOVE corduroy skirts and want one that has more of a traditional 'trouser' fit. It sits at eh waist (or slightly below) and tapers out like a real skirt. I'll buy one in every color if you make it.
Color: Mallard, great color, a bit lighter then the picture shown.
Size: I ordered a size 6 and 8 petite, I wanted the skirt to be at or above my knee (I’m 5’7), so the petite was the perfect choice. As for the size I went with the 6 which is about right for me, it wasn’t big or small, fit just right on my waist (and below the belly button which I love) and not tight at all on the thighs.
Comment: What I didn’t like is that when I walked the skirt would hike up in the front so I had to keep pulling it down. There was another reviewer who mentioned “snug through the thigh area,” this was not the case for me, however, I did wear tights don’t know if this could have caused the problem.
Overall it’s a nice skirt. And I’d recommend giving it a try.
