The boots are of good quality, but had to unfortunately return them because they run really big and are completely flat on the bottom and I have a very high instep.
I received these boots as a Christmas present in 2009, they were great, exactly what I was looking for - an easy on, super comfortable and warm, early morning dog walking boot. However, by the end of the winter the sole had started to peel away from the shoe and it has continued to get worse. My mother-in-law has an earlier version of this boot and her sole is still in great shape so I've sent the boot in for a return and am hoping the new pair last me longer than the first!

These boots were my first purchase from LL Bean. Great buy! If you're looking for warmth, comfort and style, these are the boots for you. Disappointed that they weren't made in the USA. Great customer service and product satisfaction guarantee. If you wear a 1/2 size, get the next size down (ex: 71/2-order a 7). Another great product from a great company!

I really love my boots! They are what I expected and more. They"re comfortable, warm and look amazing. I wear a size 8.5 and ordered the 8 and it was perfect. I would highly recommed these boots.
