I had searched unsuccessfully to find comfy, easy to get on slippers for my elderly dad. I tried the ones with a back ( from Beans) but they were difficult for him to pull on. As with many older people, the feet swell somewhat which makes easy to get on and off a necessity. Well, bingo. These slippers are perfect. Dad can put them on easily and he often mentions how comfortable they are. Thank you LL bean for making my dad's life ( and mine!) easier. Always satisfied with the prompt service too!!
This product lives up to its reputation: comfy yet tough. You won’t think twice making a quick run to grab the Sunday paper. The outsole keeps you from slipping but does not make the slipper heavy. My only qualm is that it is a little too snug on the bridge of my foot and it puts pressure on my tendons when I have my feet up; but no issues while standing. It might be just a matter of breaking-in the slipper or just how my feet are. I suppose if it wasn’t snug on the bridge then the slippers would fall off and become a tripping hazard.
Been having a tough time finding slippers for my husband; he likes these! (Should have started with LLBean). The band over the top of the foot is a little too pronounced, otherwise we would have given them 5 stars.
