at first I looked on the item as if I were being fleeced. the height of the heel was nowhere near as high as it looks in the catalog photo. after wearing around the house for a couple of days, it bothered me less...and they are very comfortable.
I have loved these fleece scuffs and ordered two pair every year for several years, but truly dislike the new version. They are very uncomfortable with the new insole. Very spunge like, I returned them immediately.
