Prosbeautiful texture, quality material, perfect fit
My sis in law got this sweater for Christmas last year - I had seen it in the catalog and we have a grab bag and she picked it out as the item. When I saw her in it I immediately went to order one for myself but they were all sold out so I had to wait until now to get it. The texture is beautiful, the color pool is the one I chose, and it really fits well, is comfortable and looks really high quality. I will probably pick another color for my grab bag gift this year!
I like the sweater, I bought the gray, it is a bit dark, would prefer more of a silver shade. However, it looks good but sheds a lot! Wore with black pants and the pants were almost immediately covered with gray hairs from the angora, I think. Will have to be careful what I wear this with, would NOT wear with a dark shirt, for example.
I have been so excited waiting for this sweater. I love the sweater but when I put it on, the buttonholes were so big, it wouldn't stay buttoned for a minute. I'm wondering if someone wore it and returned it and then I got it. Not the quality I'm used to from llbean. If I hadn't gotten it at such a great price due to coupons, I'd be returning it.
I really love this sweater as it has the look of a "hand-knitted" sweater. I ordered a large as it is a slightly fitted style and that was perfect for me. I want to wear it over turtleneck shirts for the winter months. Since I had a $10.00 coupon and free shipping with my LLBean Visa card, I felt that the sweater was more affordable. The only drawback that I see is that it must be dry-cleaned to maintain its good looks. All in all, I think this is a great sweater for casual or more dressy occasions.!
