I really like this sweater but the sleeve and bottom ribbing have no elasticity to them - I'm afraid it will quickly stretch out in these areas (especially the sleeve cuff) and will then look sloppy. I have long arms and would have preferred the sleeve length a bit longer too. I needed a larger size just to get the sleeve long enough. I'm sending it back.
I bought this in cream along with the coordinating long sleeve tee. It's a really nice combination, and I was very happy with the quality. I bought a medium and the fit was perfect. It's a very traditional sweater, not quite as "boheme" as the picture might imply, but quite lovely.
This sweater is just as pretty in real life as it is in the magazine! It does most certainly run small though. I baught a medium and had to exchange for a large but well worth it!
Disappointment reigns!! I ordered the popcorn stitch sweater and matching top for a friend's birthday - the color in the magazine made the color appear to be a earthy green, like a moss green perhaps. Instead, it was a bright lime green - - not the color in the magazine and totally wrong for the person to whom I was sending the gift. I remaine very disappointed.
