This is a lovely sweater that unfortunately already looks a bit shabby although I've worn it only five times. The first two times I wore it I noticed that it shed a lot of lint. By now it has pilled a lot and there are strands of material sticking out everywhere. The texture is so complex that it still looks pretty good, and maybe I can trim the offending strands, but I bought this sweater because it so attractive, and in this sense it's been disappointing.
I got this as a gift and really like the way it fits- especially with the cotton t-shirt pictured with it. It is more form-fitting than I was expecting, but I liked that. The biggest problem was that 2 buttons fell off the first time I wore it, so we went ahead and re-enforced them. Otherwise, very cute.
I thought this sweater was exactly what I was looking for-great styling and colors, perfect length. Unfortunately, I think it runs very small. Although I have gained weight, I am still wearing size small sweaters that I purchased from LL Bean over a decade ago. I ordered a medium and it fits tightly all over.
I got this as a Christmas present, as I had fallen in love with it, while shopping online. I was thrilled when I got this cardigan, as it was beautiful, however, when I put it on, the parts that contacted my skin made me itch until I took it off. I tried it on again later, and again, the same problem. I was really sad, but even through a long-sleeved t-shirt, it still itched a little. Perhaps for someone who is less sensitive, this would be an excellent choice, as it is truly well-made and beautiful.
