I love LL Bean sweaters and have many in my drawers. Sadly, I will be returning this one. I love the popcorn stitch, the elderberry color and the long sleeves. I was even willing to overlook the open weave but it falls short on my 5'6" torso. I was looking for a sweater that falls a little lower on my hips.
I love this sweater since it is so unique and unlike any other sweater I own. I initially ordered a Large but found it to be a bit roomy. I exchanged it for a Medium and I am very pleased with the fit and feel. This sweater is shorter than most, but since I am tall and have a short waist, it is perfect for me. I plan on buying another one but have yet to decide on the color.
