I love the quality and style of this sweater but am returning it because the proportions don't work for me. The sweater is extremely short (I'm 5'8"), but the sleeves are longer than normal and fit me perfectly. I've run into this problem with a few other L.L. Bean shirts - I wish there was a medium-tall option for tops!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this sweater ! It is gorgeous and comfy at the same time. One small problem for me was that my usual size was too small. I used the sizing chart from LL Bean and the sweater was too small. I would recommend getting a size larger. I am currently waiting for the new one as I did a quick exchange and didn't have to pay shipping for the new one!!
Very disappointed in this item. It is not as nice as it looks in the catalog. I thought it would be suitable for work, but it is casual, and the finish has a "worn" look to it. I ordered the Elderberry which is a nice color, and kept this only because I needed a sweater in that color for a special event. Also think the size runs small, as the Medium I ordered was tight.
I love this sweater!!! I purchased the green and was worried it might be a little on the bright side, but was pleased when it arrived. The sweater is top quality with knit buttons. I love the vintage look to this sweater and it goes great with jeans or a skirt!
