Haven't worn the boots yet, but I purchsed them because I've always respected the superb quality of L. L. Bean, Made in America products. Somewhat expensive, but they last and wear well.
Bought these boots for my wife and she loves them. Extremely well made - materials are superior and workmanship is excellent. Highly recommend these if you are in a cold climate and want the convenience of a side zippered boot.

I love these boots. They are comfortable, warm and waterproof. You can't ask for more than that walking a hunting dog in the forest in cold wet weather.

These are wonderful boots-- and worth every penny. Thought about them (due to price) last year and then they were sold out. Purchased this year and am so happy I did. Very comfortable and the 8 fits my 8 narrow foot well-- I just add extra socks or wear a little bit heavier sock. Have already received several compliments on how they look and know that these boots will be a staple in my wardrobe for a long, long time. So delighted I got them! Plus, made in Maine!!
