Skipping rocks on the frozen lake in Utah in my Ultralight 850.

This item is well worth the purchase. I bought this jacket for a recent trip to Utah during the Thanksgiving weekend which had temperatures of 32°F during the day to 0°F at night. It was warm and very comfortable the entire time.
With the additional pocket to fold the jacket into itself, I was able to enjoy my new Ultralight 850 pillow on the plane ride in both directions.
Snowmobiling in the Wasatch Mountains was beautiful and I had to take off my body suit since the Ultralight 850 kept me very warm underneath.
Now I'm back in Florida but I have a high performance jacket for cold weather environments that doesn't dissapoint.
This jacket is warm. It's also the lightest winter jacket I have ever owned. Didn't want to spend as much at first seeing it in the store a couple times, but I decided to go with the quality 850 down. Most jackets I have are synthetic insulation, however, this is thing is sweet. Overall the pluses outweigh the fact that puffy coats aren't the most flattering unless you're a beanpole.
