ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected, beautiful citron color
I've been lkng for the perfect jacket that would be light, soft and super warm. I found others like it - for $240.!!! Leave it to LL Bean to offer a better coat at nearly 1/2 the price. This rivals my $1400. shearling for new favorite coat. p.s. when a beautiful brunette wore this bold citron color into the coffee shop, I knew it was the color for me!
I bought my son the men's version of this jacket and liked it so well I decided to get a women's for myself. I like it; it's light, comfortable and warm BUT the sleeves are definitely too short, something I don't run into very often so it surprised me. I'm going to order up a size and hope for the best. If that doesn't work, I'll order a men's next year for sure.
I can believe how light weight this coat is but soooo warm. Super soft, just love this coat. I never thought I would by a down coat because I didn't want to look like a giant puff. This coat is slim and looks great.
I was skeptical at first because it seems so thin and unsubstantial, BUT it's been really cold here in PA and this jacket holds its own just fine. The down does stick through a tiny bit in random places, but its not an issue.
