I bought this as a sweater more than a jacket. It's perfect for that. Keeps you warm but can also be layered under a larger jacket. Usually wear size small but ordered Medium and glad I did as the sleeves are short. The detail on the back is very attractive and I love the color.
I was so looking forward to the arrival of my jacket Unfortunately it was cut too small and too short in the sleeves, and I was forced to return it. I did however love the lightness of the jacket. I wish it was a little longer too.
I love this jacket. It is super light and super comfortable. I barely know I'm wearing it. I bought two! I often wear it at home when I have a chill.
I do NOT think this is a great coat to have as your ONLY jacket for tough New England weather, or as your only ski coat for example. It doesn't feel hearty enough. The cuffs are thin and loose. The fabric doesn't feel heavy duty or waterproof. It is a bit on the short side.
I think of it as more of a great fall coat, or for milder winter days. For that it is GREAT!! Would recommend. But, I did buy another more heavy duty winter coat for cold ski days.
The GREEN color I bought is a very funky color. I have a feeling I may hate it in a few years, but for now I love it.
I love the way this jacket looks. I think it runs a little large. I had to change a medium for a small. I'm also concerned that it may not be warm enough for New York City winters unless a lot of layers are added. Wore it in 40 degree weather and felt chilly.
