I ordered these in the purple, BEAUTIFUL COLOR, beautiful material, fit like a dream from the waist down to the knees..... however from the knees down it is SO WIDE. Just as others have said these looked like bell bottoms, definitely not a boot-cut either, very straight legs until the knees then bam... flare! I was so disappointed because they fit like a dream every where else, I even tried rationalize keeping them, but I knew they must go back after hubby laughed :( Really have been wanting a pair of purple pants that are not "hoochie" looking and these would have been them if they had been a real boot-cut.... keep the material L.L.Bean and the color, just re-design these PLEASE!
I really needed a pair of corduroy pants that looked current. These pants are a throw back to the hippie days of wide flair pants. My husband said it looked like I had an old fashioned nurse's cap at the bottom of the legs. I am so disappointed. They have to go back. The fit was great, but they looked ridiculous.
