I am almost 6 ft tall and weigh 145 lbs. Had to order down to a size 6 Tall to get a good fit, but I love these pants. Just enough give, but really chic looking, not dowdy they way some cuts can be. Also long enough for my long legs. Just need them to be made in BLACK and I'd be thrilled. The chocolate brown and tan are great.
I have four pairs of the corduroy boot-cut straight fit pants. I have had them for over a year and they still look good as new even after wearing them all last fall, winter and spring. The fit is flattering and modern, and is a different fit compared with Bean's regular jean styles. I usually can never fit into Bean jeans (hourglass shape) but these corduroy pants fit like a glove. Corduroy does stretch after awhile, but the fit is true to size. Especially when you put them on right out of the dryer. Another great product from LLBean. Wish they came in more colors like they did last year!
Love the colors and material of these velveteen casual pants. But I ordered my usual size in a straight fit, boot cut and they were HUGE! I'm so disappointed. I'll have to return them and try a samller size. I would recommend these with a warning that they run BIG.
I ordered a size 6 in the double L jeans and they fit fine. Ordered size 6 in these (corduroy) and I could pull them down when they were buttoned and zipped. I probably would have to go down two sized to get something to fit.
I know americans are getting bigger, but not all of use. A few years ago I wore size 8, now I'm down to a 2 and I didn't change!
