I wear size 10 or 12 in jeans and pants, depending on brand, style, cut, etc. Ordered the 12 and they fit just fine, with a little room for dryer shrinkage. My only complaint is that I had to take them to a tailor to have the legs taken in below the knee. These seem almost to be flare, not bootcut - very wide at the bottom. I was also happy to find a true khaki color.
I have been so pleased with these pants! It's sometimes difficult for me to find a style that will fit my curves. (By the time the width is OK for my hips, the waist is WAY too big.) I have not been disappointed with the fit on these pants and as soon as the holidays are over, plan to pick out another color.

I'm 5'7" curvy/athletic size 10. These cords fit me very well. The rise is a little higher than what I'm used to on jeans-style cuts but I can deal with it. It isn't above my navel but right at/below it. The length is just right and they don't look too tight or loose on my curves. Overall I am very happy with the fit. The fabric is just stiff enough to hold its shape but not uncomfortable. I've washed them once and they feel a slight bit softer but still fit well.
I've worn these 3x, now, dressed up and also casual. They work either way.
My only complaint is that when I went back to order more colors they were all sold out in my size!
