I have already warn these pants 3 times and I only got them 8 days ago. They are so comfy and they fit like then were made for me. I am going to order an other pair and I would order 2 if they were available in black
I had to return these pants twice due to two different issues. The 1st pair I ordered, the zipper was broken and the zipper pull was bent. I immediately called and the customer service was great. They were super friendly and I was sent my the 2nd pair within 2 days! The 2nd pair was delivered and I found the legs were two different lengths (approximately 1/4-1/2 inch difference) and the pants were cut small. I had ordered an identical pair in my 1st order and they did not fit like those. I again called and had a wonderful customer service experience over the phone. I recieved my 3rd pair in within 2 days and they turned out to be a good pair. The length was even longer than the 2 pairs prior to those but I didn't mind since I am tall.
