Got this as a daily deal, and used it on a 11-day trip to Costa Rica. Was very pleased with its performance and versatility. While grabbing some dinner on the last day of my trip at the food court at San Jose's Multi-Plaza, an LLBean employee in town on business spotted me wearing the organizer and stopped to chat!
I have used the older version of this bag for years; I loved it!! I purchased this revised version since my other was getting worn out. It is very bulky. The zip around allows everything to fall out. Also, there are no pockets to keep anything hidden-all open for view which is not a good thing when traveling. Just not a fraction of the older version! Too bad. Would buy the other again in a minute. Buckle hard to open.
The organizer is a good size, room for all your documents, passport, etc. a little bulky but not bad--the problem is the strap is about the width of a shoe string, thin--it would be easily cut or yanked right off, so this is not a good buy safety-wise. Cheap strap. Too bad.
