This passport organizer does not compare to the one LL Bean previously sold. The previous organizer had 3 zippered compartments plus several other compartments for credit cards, checkbook, and a convenient window for identification, all securely held in place with a latch. It included an adjustable neck/shoulder strap, all in sturdy nylon. It was the best ever! The current version has only one zippered compartment inside and one that is almost inaccessible on the outside. The compartment for credit cards is loose and the cards can easily fall out. I am considering returning the two of these I ordered. Thanks for listening!
There's nothing wrong per say with this item. But we were hoping for something subtle that we could put under our clothes to hide our passports/ money for an upcoming trip. This is not going to do the trick. It's much too big/ bulky for that use. It's a very nice piece for other purposes, just sadly not what I was hoping for.
I bought one of these several years ago & it's fabulous. Purchased this one as a gift. The design has totally changed. They have added padding, which serves no purpose but adds bulk. My old one fits under a coat or shirt for easy concealment during travel but this one is too thick. It was also hard to open. I sent it back.
