I received the ticket organizer this morning, packed up my bags, and headed to the airport. (Lucky delivery timing!)
I fly quite a bit, both internationally and within the continental United States. I constantly found myself frantic at times before flights, trying to gather my things. I have a load of frequent flyer cards, that I never keep in my wallet, because it takes up too much space, but there is plenty of room in this organizer! It holds both of my passports, and my European phone slides nicely into one of pockets. Quite literally everything you need fits nicely, I even put a couple of extra business cards in here. The size is perfect!
Can't travel without one of these. Has plenty of storage for your credit cards and frequent flyer, hotel and rental car membership cards. Outside pocket is convenient for boarding passes and customs documents.
Interior could use specific storage pockets for SIM cards, a USB drive and memory cards. Would like to see a second zippered pocket for additional secure storage of currency, additional passports or other valuables.
We easily transferred all of our usual items from our old (non-LL Bean) organizer to our new one. We are looking forward to using it for our next trip. We like the feature of the outside pocket for boarding passes - we didn't have this feature in our previous organizer. The organizer looks like it will easily hold all of our items, and probably more than our last one. Also - we know that if the zipper eventually breaks (which happened to our last one), LL Bean will fix it for us.
I ordered this after my recent trip to Hong Kong. I felt like I need something to organize all of my travel documents and have them all in one place instead of scattered in my pockets and carry-on.
I'm currently living in Korea and actually ordered it so my parents could sent it to me in a care package. I wasn't expecting it to be this big. Also, I was kind of hoping it would be more sturdy so to speak on the front and back.
Although I have not used it to travel yet I like the fact that it has a zipper and a lot of pockets to put things. I already have my U.S. credit cards, state ID and passport for safe keeping while here in Korea.
I like it but wish it was smaller and more sturdy.
