My daughter loves the bag and she looks great carrying it. The only thing I wish we would have done differently is to consider the color of the monogramming...not sure if changing from the black is even an option, but it gets lost on the bag and would look much better as a different color. Otherwise, a great purchase!
My 11 year old picked the print she wanted and has been happy with the bag. It holds all the stuff a middle-schooler needs to lug back and forth daily. The straps are durable and the bag is well made. She is enjoying it.
I am a teacher and i bought this bag to carry my agenda, my laptop, etc. I tried it for a week and did not like it at all. It has no "body" to it. It just flopps everywhere. I loved the print but finally returned it.

ProsDurable, Performing as Expected
I bought this bag for my 11 year old daughter starting middle school. After much deliberation with the tape measure, we decided to order the large bag. When it arrived, it was definitely too big for her, and looked a little ridiculous. We returned it and got the medium, which is working out pretty well. It is just a tiny bit too small on days that she has a lot to carry, but 90% of the time is just perfect. The construction and design are great, and she loves all of the pockets to hold stuff.
