when I saw this item on-line I thought it was yellow, so I called to find out the exact color and they told me it was lime. When I received it in the mail it was exactly what my son wanted (lime). The medium was smaller then I thought it would be, but is most likely more manageable for a middle school student.
It is big enough to hold everything I need, but with out adding a lot of weight. The cross body strap is secure and very comfortable. The padding on the strap is a good idea and one of the reasons I bought the bag. There are a lot of compartments so things are easy to find. I use it when I travel.
Purchased for my daughter in elementary school...Great bag, lots of usefull pockets/places to stash stuff....best part is that the main part of the bag zips up...no more lost school work! yippee!
I use this as a carry-all bag when out with my kids, who are 6 and 3. I carry wipes,drink cups, snacks, books/toys, plus the usual wallet, cell phone, keys. The strap is super-comfortable and I like that it doesn't slip around my back to the front like others I have had.
