We go to a lot of fairs and festivals throughout the year so I got this bag to carry all the extras you are bound to acquire at these events. Love mesh zipper storage right under the flap. So convenient and great looking!
My 10 year old son has wanted a messenger bag for school for a while. He really likes this one. The bag is not as big inside as most backpacks but he doesn't have a problem with it. He has been using the bag for about 2 weeks & it seems to be made well. He is happy so I am happy. He also likes the pattern & his friends thought it was cool too. the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think it could be a tad bit bigger inside & maybe some more organizer pockets but it was a great price on sale.

This bag is great, but you might want to get the large bag because the small is good for kids, not big enough for carrying lots of books in Middle School or High School. The bag itself is awesome! It has so many pockets, so much storage for little items, and the shoulder strap is very comfortable. We just got it, so not sure how long it will last, but if it breaks, LL Bean will help us replace it.
Well made bag as far as quality. If durability and organization are important factors to you then it would be great. The down sides are the fabric makes the bag bulky and the cell phone pocket is made for the candy bar style phones which I do not own anymore. Too much bag for me, sent it back.
