Good for outside coldness to protect your hands. It snowed in south Texas last week...yes believe it! Gloves are great if you do not get them very wet from the snow. Great as liners under gloves too. Also used them to play tennis recently.
So far I have worn them in early mornings on my walks and they have been very comfortable and warm in weather that was cool enough for a lite glove. I have not had a chance to use them as a liner.
I had a pair of glove liners that were thinner and getting long in the tooth,so I was very happy to see these on the Bean website. I use them for my morning walks on days when its not so chilly. They are snug but not tight and completely serve my purpose. I ordered another pair as a back up.
