I ordered the Wicked Good Moccasins for my husband for Christmas. He loved them. A few days later we noticed that the toe of one moccasin was square and the other was more rounded and pointed. I emailed L.L. Bean to ask them if that was the way the moccasins were suppose to be and before I knew it they were sending me a new pair! I wasn't expecting anything other than an explanation. I couldn't believe we were receiving a new pair of moccasins at no cost to us! That is what customer service is suppose to be; outstanding!
My husband and son both love them, feet are so warm and they said they are so comfy. I also have a pair of the womans and my feet are never cold, and I have them on all the time.
My wife had gotten me another style of slipper online for Christmas. They were nice but my wicked moccasins had become a part of me. To describe my old pair as just worn out would be very kind indeed. After the holidays I was advised LL Bean would gladly exchange the slippers but my size in wicked good mocs would not be available for many weeks. I placed the order anyway. To my delight the wait was much shorter and I am breaking in another pair of the best friends my feet ever had.
