My first pair lasted many years. The sole outlasted the uppers and provided protection and traction for quick trips outdooors to get the paper and the mail. I am so glad that are still available.
First and foremost, I have never had such wonderful costumer service. The phone rang once and I was on the phone with a person who helped me as much he could then passed me and my information onto a person who could help me further so I did not have to repeat myself.
These slippers are so comfortable and warm. They are worth the money plus some. I will never buy another slipper.
