I buy a pair of these slippers as a Christmas gift for my mom every year. She is 86 years old and loves the comfort, warmth and fit of the slippers. Since she insists on being independent and taking out the trash (often in snow and icy conditions), she loves the no slip bottoms of the slippers. That helps ease my mind as well. She would wear them food shopping if we let her! The slippers take all the wear and tear that she gives them, and let me tell you, she challenges them! I think that they are her favorite Christmas gift!
The slippers fit great and have a good amount of the shearling lining. Very warm and comfortable with or without socks. I have encountered this issue with the laces not remaining tied noted by other reviewers.

I read many of these reviews before I ordered. I saw many said they were too big, but I wear a 7 and I am not a half size. So I decided on a 7 and yes they are a bit bigger but not so big that I cannot wear them. I also think I like them a little bigger, they are slippers and are supposed to be a little loose and comfy. They are seriously so comfortable and cozy. They keep my feet so warm and are great to wear around the house all day. I am so glad I spent the money on them, I know I won't regret it! I am thinking about getting a pair for my boyfriend for his birthday next month!
