Unfortunately, I have to say that these were possibly the MOST incomfortable slippers I have ever put on my feet. The soles made them feel as if I had them on the worng foot (so much so, that I kept checking!) and the tie made my left foot actually hurt after wearing them for a few hours (and I tried loosening the tie to see if that helped). They are going back and I won't be purchasing any other wicked good slippers, as they all seem to have the same soles. An awful lot of money for something that is "wicked not good".
I bought these as a gift for my 76 year old mother. She is very picky about her slippers. She started wearing these right away and absolutely loves them!
I gave these to my daughter Christine for Christmas, so I asked her how much she like them in an E-mail. This following is what she wrote back:
One day last week I came home early to finish up my work from home. I changed my clothes and a bit later I just couldn't get rid of the chill I had gotten, it was cold and raining outside. Then I thought of those and they were just perfect. I was toasty and warm the rest of the day.
