this is my 3rd pair over 10 plus years and my only wish would be that they came in a 5 1/2 instead of whole sizes but I throw on a pair of socks and I'm good to go.
Oh My! I had wanted a pair of these slippers for years and finally deceided to treat myself to the dark brown ones...I normally take a 7 1/2 sneaker so I ordered the 7. The fit is perfect. I wear them with socks. I have been outside with them and no problem with walking. I forget I have them on! Will be ordering another pair after Christmas. I did read alot of the newest reviews also. I felt that LLBean is very good about returns if I had to return them...no way. Love these!
I love thease slippers.. I dont think I could have been any happier. also they were shipped in a cardboard box so they werent all balled up when they came. will probably buy thease every few yrs for the rest of my life.
I purchased the Wicked Good slippers for my husband and I, about a year and a half ago. (before the improvements were made)
I thought they would last a lot longer than they did, since I had some Wicked Good slippers previous to this that lasted many years.
On my pair, the stitching started to come apart on the side. Hubby's pair, the sole inside was completely bare. There was no wear on the bottoms at all. The ties were always coming undone. It just seemed like they were falling apart-like we wore them for 8+ years and it was not like that at all! The quality was not what I expected!
I am so thankful for L.L. Beans generous return policy. I really felt the quality was not up to snuff, they should have lasted longer. I called the 1-800 #, talked to a wonderful rep, sent my slippers back and just received my new pairs.
We are crossing our fingers & toes we get many years of warm feet out of them!
