I bought my husband a pair of these and he insisted that I order a pair for myself. When I got the slippers, he was the one to open the box and put them on my feet. He said, "These are too comfy to spend another day in a box." I thought that an odd comment for a man, but once I put my feet in these, there was nothing left to say. I love, love, love these slippers. I hope that everyone will be buying them for all the people on their Christmas list, birthday list, or whatever list. I have known LL Bean to be the best in boots for years, growing up in Vermont, bean boots were a mainstay. I needed some warm slippers this winter and knew LL Bean would be the place. I was not surprised to see "Wicked Good" as the term referring to them, it is a known adjective in the North East. No hesitation in buying and so thankful in receiving. Comfy and warm. Already bought more as gifts...!

These are absolutely the best slippers we have ever purchased! This is the 6th pair we have purchased over the years; everyone is our family of 6 now owns their own pair and they are everyone's favorites. They last for years, sole is sturdy for quick trips outside and the wool keeps tootsies warm but not sweaty.
