I ordered a size 8 and they were huge on me. I called customer service and they couldn't be nicer about changing the size to a 7. the package came in a day, I sent the 8's back with their label. I thought they were marked wrong, but I guess not, the 7 fit to a tee!!! The customer service at LL BEAN is fantastic!! I love shopping at LL BEAN!!! They really do stand by their merchandise and customers!!!
I bought my moccasins back in October, and I absolutely love them! They are super comfortable and warm, and the shearling inside is very soft. Although the shearling got packed down over time, they are still very comfortable to wear. However, today I noticed that there was a hole on the toe of the shoe where the shoe had separated from the sole. I contacted customer service, who apologized for the damage and promptly sent me another pair in exchange. I am very pleased with LL Bean's customer service. I love these shoes and would certainly buy another pair.
very comfortable, very warm..... The slipper's soles lasts forever, but the shearlings breaks down very quickly making them uncomfortable under the toes and heals. If you don't mind replacing them every couple of years, then go for it...
I really do love these slippers. They are warm, soft, comfortable. However, I've only had them for 1 year and there is a hole where the leather is attached to the sole. For the cost, I'm sad that they need to be replaced already! :(
