I love my second pair of wicked good slippers from L.L.Bean. Been a fan since I asked for a pair for christmas when I was about 12 years old.... hence its been awhile. Finally rewarded myself with a new pair this year (some 23 years since the last pair) and just love them. Seriously, wore them (almost) daily. Now you should all know I'm pretty cheap so this was a splurge for slippers but they're worth every penny. My new ones are so fluffy and comfy, so happy to have bought a new pair. The last pair moved across Massachusetts from home in the Berkshires to college in Boston each year... they're awesome. And here's the thing... I know if I sent my original pair to LL Bean they would replace them with their guarantee but ethically I know I got every penny's worth - seriously had them for more than half my life. Love my new fluffy pair.
I must have purchased these slippers about three years ago, because I couldn't find them in my order history, which goes back two years. So considering I'm still wearing them, the quality is good...except the sole on the right slipper has come partially unstitched from the body, so I have to watch my step...or glue it or something. I opted for purchasing a pair of boiled wool clogs/slippers that provide the sturdy sole & arch support I require. I agree with the reviewers who were frustrated with the laces; I had to glue them in place a few times. The warmth was as advertised, nice and toasty, but as these slippers age and wear, the interior shearling becomes worn away in spots & lumpy in others. Support was not advertised, so I guess I got what was described, no arch support & not much padding, just a thin sole between my feet and the floor. I wouldn't buy them again.

Wicked Good perfectly describes these slippers in every way. Appearance of green ones outstanding. These are the only slippers I buy. Currently 4 pairs, bought about 3 years apart, still live with me.
