ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
My mother used to say, "If your feet are warm, you're warm all over." My floors are cold in the Catskill mountains and my slippers were old and more like scuffs. My last LL Bean slippers had hit the dust a few years ago and I finally went online, ordered these and a few days later I had very warm feet. I wear them whenever I am indoors, or to go out for firewood on the deck. The soles are sturdy and will not slip on polished wood or tile floors. Sometimes I have to remember to change out of them when I venture into the snowy world. I'm an old lady (70) but one of my high school students whom I tutor looked at them and said, "Are they from LL Bean? They are exactly what i want! They look so cozy." No matter how old you are, happy feet are happy feet.
Bought up one size because I was afraid the toe would taper too much. Probably could have done fine with the smaller size as they have a generous fit and stretch with wear. Still am pleased with comfort, flexibility around the house as I don't like stiff rubber soles on my slippers. Could add socks for additional warmth around the ankles if needed with the extra room. My hubby wishes his size was available. Appears will be durable but haven't owned long enough to judge. Had my eye on something similar at much higher price originally.
