I'm very happy with these slippers. I wear a 7 1/2 in most shoes, with wide toes and a more narrow heel, and the 8 fit me well with the laces tightened a bit. The sheepskin is very soft, with a thick pile; much nicer than what has been on Ugg boots lately. I do wish they came up a little higher on the front of the moccasin, and the tag under the arch of the foot does need to be snipped out, but overall, I'm very pleased.
I have purchased and been gifted these slippers in the past. I loved them so much that I purchased again and bought 2 more pair for my sons. I was so disappointed. That was a lot of money for me. The lining of the slippers is very inferior to what it used to be. It bunched and clumped up on all 3 pair. It wore through at the heel. My last pair lasted years, these got a hole in the toe rather quickly. Why did they mess with a good thing?
LOVE these slippers. They are soft, warm and very comfortable. I put them on as soon as I am home. I am a size 8 and the 8 was way too big slipping off my feet. I sized down to a 7. They were tight at first but just like my Uggs stretch out as soon as the sheepskin has wear.
These are the best slippers I have ever owned! I unhesitatingly recommend them. They are holding up beautifully even when I (forgetfully) wear them outside. They are wonderful. :)
