The fur was coming unsowed off the first pair shipped, however LLB stands by their product and shipped out a replacement within a week. I've purchased these slippers for years and not that many because they last forever!!!

These are great slippers/mocs. Soft and warm. They fit well. These will stretch as you wear them, and the lace allows you to tighten them if needed. I wear them all the time due to a "pump bump" on my heel. The fleece lining does not irritate the area.

My young adult daughters wanted Ugg slippers but these slippers were much more reasonably priced. I ordered them as Christmas gifts and they absolutely love them. One of the girls describes their comfort as "life-changing"! The slippers keep them warm in cold apartments but not so warm as to cause "sweaty feet".
