The first pair I received were defective, which surprised me, as I alway's heard that L.L. Bean was good quality. The second pair were great. The only reason I gave them a 4 is that I thought they would be more cushioned and wish they would stay tied better.
I bought this a a gift for my daughter. I am 54 and have been a LLB fan since I was a child growing up in New England .. We even stopped in the original store while camping in Maine one. Im afraid this was a bad experience..To my dismay when my daughter tried on the moc. christmas morning it was too small.You sent the wrong size. I ordered 10 you sent 7..Well customer service was nice on the phone so I bought another pair however now they didn't have my color after confering with my daughter she was happy with the choc. brown. UGGG you sent brown..Well we have had enough we will keep the brown at least its the correct size..Still waiting for my refund for the first pair I bought
I have been looking for a pair of slippers that were both comfortable and very warm. The search ended here! I was very satisfied with the warm, thick shearling lining provided. They are very comfortalbe and fit true to size. I will be treating myself again in the future to another pair!
