I had ordered the wicked good slippers for men because my feet are wide. They didn't fit well and rubbed the fur out of back of shoe......I thought I was going to have to 'eat' these slippers but as always, LL Bean customer service came through like the stars they are!! Never have I received such pleasant and understanding service as I do with LL Bean. They sent me my ladies slippers as an exchange with no charge whatsoever!! I ordered my regular shoe size and they fit PERFECT! First day was a little snug fit...but after one day....WOW!

Would you believe I have gifted my son and daughter-in-law for the second time with these slippers because they loved them so much. They in turn gifted their family members with them.
The best story was after my daughter-in-law gave birth to twins, she could not wear her shoes because of swelling, so she wore her fuschia slippers to the hospital to visit the twin still in ICU and for doctor's visits.
I will not wear any other kind of slipper because there is none better than these !!

These moccasins are the best....From the first time you slip your feet into these moccasins the fit is perfect. This is the 2nd time I have purchased these moccasins as the first pair lasted for almost 8 years. That is wearing almost every morning and evening inside and outdoors. The moccasins are crazy warm and feel good on your feet.
