This just confirmed that the folks at llbean have maintained excellent customer service with wonderful products over all the years we have dealt with them. I bought a down parka for a trip to Siberia at the Wilmington, DE outlet store over 24 years ago. It was greeat in Russia, and is still doing wonderfully when ever we go to snow country. My wife loves the mocassins.
We've always been a slipper family, trying every single band out there. Just wished I found these years ago. They are absolutely the best and soooo warm! The sheepskin is perfect for bare feet and sizing is perfect. thank you LL Bean!
