Warm and comfortable in the house. Great for quick running outside to the shop. Best Moccasins ever END OF STORY. Dogs love them also, careful they are an expensive chew toy.
I have bought wicked good moccasins for years and have always loved them. I get a new pair every year. This year, I purchased the same size, same style, same color but when I put them on my feet, I realized something had changed to the inside of the slipper. Can I put my finger on it? Not really. These slippers were always a bit tight on my feet until the inside molded to my feet. The new slippers I just received, slip off the heel of my feet (NEVER happened before) and the fluffy material on the inside seemed not up to prior standards. I compared the sole of the old slippers with the new and they are the same size, so I cannot exchange for a smaller size. So I have resorted to wearing socks to keep the slippers from falling off my feet as I walk. I could have bought a less expensive pair at a retail store and had the same fit for a better price. What is going on L.L. Bean?
