I've worn these for over a year now and they are wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a warm, comfy slipper. Even thought they are are a bit long and wide (have to order in full size and regular width) they are great on your feet, with or without socks. They still look very nice.
HINT: tie the raw hide laces to suit you and then put a touch of fabric FrayChek on the knot and they won't keep coming untied.
I got these moccasin slippers in Vintage Red for Christmas about five or six years ago. I have worn them in the house for about 4- 5 months out of each year ever since and they are still going strong. No holes as in one reviewer's photos, and no, the seams have not come apart. The fleece is compressed and wearing inside the slippers in some spots, but they have moulded to my feet and are super comfortable and toasty warm still. I had trouble with the laces when they were new but have had them in double knots for years and as they softened, they stopped coming undone. I don't wear them outdoors because there's usually snow on the ground here during the colder months in which I wear them. This may account for their longevity. I see in the photo that the sole has changed; mine is smoother without the tread pattern on the bottom but I presume it's the same material. I bought a men's version of these slippers for my husband and son and they love them too. I will replace mine when they wear out a little more. I'd say they are excellent value and highly recommend them.
This year the winter nights have been long and cold but my wifes feet have been warm and snug in her Women's Wicked Good Moccasins. You can't beat that for any amount of money. Give them a try. Your woman will like them and you for the treat.
