As I write this review, it is December 1. I took these out of the box Oct. 1 and put them on for the first time. Oh, the comfort and warmth! I loved them, loved them. Today, I am looking into them and the lining is gone from the heel & toe area. I am not saying it is thinning, I am saying it is GONE. This is the 2nd pair I have bought & won't be doing it again. Nor, will I be recommending them.
I got these in the chocolate brown and they are just heavenly and warm. I normally wear a 7.5 shoe and the recommendation is to size up for 1/2 sizes but I chose to size down after purchasing a different slipper elsewhere (and sizing up only to find the slipper to fit too big). I ordered the 7 and it fits just right. The instructions say in order to insulate and keep your feet warm they should fit a bit snug, which they are (they stretch with use). I'm glad I sized down. I don't particularly like cold weather so I need to keep warm and these slippers look like they will do the trick beautifully. Very soft and comfy and CUTE!!
These slippers are comfortable, warm and very durable.. I got them as a gift last christmas (so almost a year ago) and I am finally fed up with one thing! They NEVER stay tied.. ever.. you can tie them, take 2 steps and they are untied again! These would be better for a person living a more sedentary lifestyle, as motion triggers the untying more. I'm sorry to give such a low review on a product I love, but it is really annoying!!
This is my third pair I have bought so I consider them an excellent pair of slippers, I especially like them for letting my feet breath without smelling to high heaven. What is annoying is the tie to help keep slipper on your feet unties frequently, but remedied that with glue (hot glue gun) once I've bowed it.
