Two reasons I gave these slippers two stars: 1) I wear a 9.5 and the 10 was way too big...my heel slipped completely out when I walked. 2) I am looking for a slipper to keep my feet warm without socks; the tongue of this slipper was cut too low for me leaving too much of the top of my foot exposed.
My feet are wide at toe, and many times if the shoe/slipper is wide enough for my toes, my heel slips out and up at the back. That is what happened with these. They are wide enough, but not only did my heel slip out, I can get 2 fingers in at the back. I have ordered a size smaller and will see how that goes. They're nice looking, but I need a slipper that fits both the heel and the toes.
I also purchased the LLB Mountain Lodge Washable slippers, and they seem to fit really well, but the bottom is smooth and slips on my wood floors. My search for the perfect comfy slipper continues.
Very disappointed in the fit. The left slipper is too long, as this is my shortest foot the problem is made even worse. The slippers are being returned. Am very surprised at the poor fit as this is the 4th or 5th pair I have purchased in the past years all of which have fir well.
Nice slippers - comfy and warm. Buy to your size, they don't run small. String drives me crazy, keeps coming undone but I still like the slippers and am hoping over time the string will break in and stay tied.
